Traffic Accident 300 N 200 E Spanish Fork, UT
Spanish Fork, UT- On October 11, 2022 at 7:39 AM Spanish Fork Police, Fire and EMS were dispatched to residence at 300 North 200 East on a report of a traffic accident. It was reported that a garbage truck had hit into a home. Spanish Fork Police officers arrived and had to enter the home where the driver of the garbage truck was still inside the cab. Officers were able to get the driver out who was unconscious. EMS and Fire arrived to assist and the male driver about 55 years old was transported to Spanish Fork Hospital. The accident is still under investigation and it appears the driver of the garbage truck had some sort of medical incident resulting in the accident. There were three adults inside the home when it was struck by the garbage truck. No one inside the home was injured. The home sustained severe structural damage.
