NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 10-2-415, Utah Code Annotated (2021 ), the Utah County
Boundary Commission will hold a public hearing on July 26, 2022 at 5:30 PM at the Utah County
Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to discuss whether the
proposed Oberg Annexation into Spanish Fork City, Utah: complies with the requirements of
Sections 10-2-402 and 10-2-403, Utah Code Annotated (2021 ), and the annexation policy plan of
Spanish Fork City; conflicts with the annexation policy plan of another municipality; and if the
proposed Oberg annexation includes urban development, will have an adverse tax consequence on
the remaining unincorporated area of Utah County. A copy of the protests of the Oberg into
Spanish Fork City, Utah, are on file at the Utah County Assessor's Office, located at 100 East
Center Street, Room 1100, Provo, Utah.
