Utility Bill Due Date Change

Beginning January 2022, utility bill due dates are moving from the 20th of each month to the 25th of each month. This change will shorten the period of time between usage and billing and standardize usage periods across utilities. 

Residents can expect to receive their bill around the 8th of the month in the mail or through Xpress Bill Pay. 

Those set up to pay through ACH Autopay will now be charged on the 25th of the month. 

Those set up to pay through Xpress Bill Pay, please ensure it is after the 8th of the month.
