The Utah Valley Home Builders Association provided data to Spanish Fork City to help compare impact fees by city. It is important to include all fees, not just impact fees when making a comparison since some cities don’t offer all of the utilities that Spanish Fork City does. The graph below compares the fees (impact fees, building permit fees, and hookup fees for a ¼ acre lot, $300,000 single-family home valuation) for several cities in Utah County.
