This will be the 8th year of Spanish Fork's Got Talent Competition, which has proven to be one of our most popular events!
We would like to invite anyone 5 and up to participate in our audition process. The competition is open to include vocalists, musicians, jugglers, magicians, comedians, poets, vocal ensembles (not more than four singers), acoustic instrumental ensembles (not more than four members) and dance groups (not more than twelve participants), or any other unique talent.
1st Place Winner will receive $300; 2nd Place Winner, $200; and 3rd Place Winner, $100. All finalists will receive medals.
Auditions are done by electronic submission. You should submit a video of your "ACT" to lewwoolford@gmail.com by Monday, July 1, 2019. If you would rather submit using a DVD, please drop that off in a manila envelope marked Attention: SFGT to Spanish Fork Parks & Recreation, 775 North Main on or before July 1, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
ACTS MAY NOT EXCEED FIVE MINUTES. ALL submissions must also include the Competition Information Sheet. Click here for this form.
Audition submissions will be reviewed by the SFGT Selection Committee. If you are selected to be one of the finalists, you will be notified by Monday, July 8, 2019. Finalists will perform live for three judges on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 beginning at 6:30 pm. If you are selected to be a SFGT Finalist you must be available for the Finals on the evening of July 23.
Participation in the Spanish Fork's Got Talent Competition is FREE, but if you are selected as a finalist you will be required to sign a performance waiver as you will be filmed by Spanish Fork 17. Finalists will be judged on talent, performance, appearance and audience rapport. The top three finalists will receive cash awards and all finalists will receive medals.
