Below you will find the policies of the Spanish Fork Parks & Recreation Department.
If you or any of your family members will be participating in any Parks & Recreation programs, you must have a current Lifetime Family Liability Waiver on file with the Parks & Recreation Office.
This policy outlines the circumstances under which you might be entitled to a refund (full or partial) for an activity you have registered for.
Non-Resident Fee Policy
A Non-Resident is any person who physically lives outside of the Spanish Fork City Limits. An additional Non-Resident Fee is charged for leagues and programs.
Spectator's Code of Conduct
By registering for Spanish Fork Recreation activities, you acknowledge that you are aware of the Spectator Code of Conduct Policy and agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy.
By registering for Spanish Fork Recreation activities, you acknowledge that you are aware of the Concussion Policy and agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy.
