How do I terminate my SFCN (Cable, Internet, Phone) Services?
SFCN services can be terminated over the phone by contacting Spanish Fork City at 801-804-4503 anytime between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Is there anything else that I will need to do?
If you had Cable, Internet, or Phone services through Spanish Fork City (SFCN) you are required to return all equipment (set top boxes, modems, etc.) to the Utility Office located at 40 South Main Street within 24 hours of your sign out date. Charges for unreturned equipment will be added to your Utility Bill.
