How do I terminate my SFCN (Cable, Internet, Phone) Services?
SFCN services can be terminated over the phone by contacting Spanish Fork City at 801-804-4503 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Is there anything else that I will need to do?
Yes. If you had Cable, Internet, or Phone services through Spanish Fork City (SFCN) you are required to return all equipment (set-top boxes, modems, etc.) to the Utility Office located at 80 South Main Street within 24 hours of your sign-out date. Charges for unreturned equipment will be added to your Utility Bill.
