Pay Utility Bill

For convenience in paying your Spanish Fork City Utility Bill we offer several options in addition to the regular mail option:

  1. ACH Autopay — Get a $10 one-time credit if this is your first time enrolling in ACH Autopay. The city will automatically deduct payment from your checking or savings account on the 25th of each month. Go to our ACH Autopay page to learn more and sign up.
  2. By Mail - Place your check in the return envelope and mail it back to us.
  3. Dropbox — Payment may be left in the utility dropbox located on the northwest side of Library Hall (80 S Main St.).
  4. Pay-by-phone — For residential accounts only. You may pay your bill over the phone with a credit card by calling (800) 720-6847. This will connect you with our payment partner, XpressBillPay. A $3 fee applies for processing your payment over the phone.
  5. In-Office — Visit the Finance Office within Library Hall at 80 S Main St., Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  6. Online Payment — Visit our payment partner, XpressBillPay.
  7. XpressBillPay Mobile App — It is now possible for you to pay your bills via XpressBillPay's mobile app.

There are many different ways to pay your utility bill, but the one that we have found that works best for residents is ACH Autopay.  There are many benefits to this payment method, including:

  • The ability to "set it and forget it" -- knowing that you don't have to lift a finger and your payment will still be made on time each month.
  • As more residents have signed up for ACH Autopay, the City has seen a decrease in fees being assessed, the number of customers getting disconnected, and the number of uncollectible bills being written off.
  • ACH Autopay helps keep utility rates low since there are no merchant processing fees.  Every year the City pays over $100,000 in merchant fees.  Just imagine what good could be done with that money!
