ACH Autopay


Get a $10 one-time credit if this is your first time enrolling in ACH Autopay.
  • The customer must stay on ACH Autopay for at least 12 months.
  • The average utility bill must be at least $100, otherwise, a $5 credit will be issued.
  • If you are currently enrolled in ACH Autopay or have been in the past you are not eligible for the credit.
  • The $10 credit will show up on your utility bill.

The ACH Autopay program makes paying your utility bill easy, convenient and saves you time and money by:

  • Eliminating the need to write a check each month

  • Saving postage costs

  • Avoiding the need to make a special trip to the post office or the city office to pay your utility bill

  • Ensuring your payments are made on time.

  • Keeping rates low by eliminating costly credit card fees paid by the City

Terms and Conditions

  • On the due date of each month, the City will debit your checking or savings account for the total amount owing on your utility account.

  • When the due date lands on a holiday or weekend the payment will be debited on the next business day.

  • If a payment is returned for insufficient funds, a closed bank account, stopped payment, or any other reason a returned payment fee specified by the City will be assessed.

  • At this time we are unable to offer the ACH Autopay program on another day of the month.

Updating Bank Information
If you are already enrolled in ACH Autopay and need to change your bank information, simply click the button above and fill out the form. Updates made to bank information after the 15th of the month will not be effective until the following month.
