2700 North Vision

Planning

Spanish Fork City worked with the Utah Department of Transportation and Mountainland Association of Governments for many years to plan for the construction of an interchange on Interstate 15 at 2700 North in Spanish Fork.  As part of this effort, environmental studies were recently completed and UDOT announced plans to have the interchange constructed and open in 2024.

With definitive plans in place for the interchange, Spanish Fork City believes it is important to have an appropriate vision for the land uses around the interchange in place.  For that reason, Spanish Fork City contracted with Parametrix and Zions Public Finance to develop a land use vision for the area surrounding the future interchange.  That vision is now known as the 2700 North Interchange Vision Plan.
