Employment Application Requirements

• You MUST complete a city application to be considered for employment.
• Applications must be received by 6:00pm the day the position closes. Applications not received by this time will not be accepted.
• Applicants will not be accepted at different departments; apply ONLY at the City Office, 40 South Main, Room 130 or fax your application to 798-5005.
• Spanish Fork City tests for controlled substances and alcohol before hiring.
• Spanish Fork City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
