From I-15:
Take Exit 258 as if you were going to Price. Follow US Highway 6 approximately 4.5 miles to Powerhouse Road (on the corner is a Chevron station and the Little Acorn restaurant). Turn Right. Follow the road across the river; Festival of Lights is on the right.
