Recycling Locations

The following lists where you can take items for recycling in Spanish Fork. You may also be interested in Spanish Fork's Curbside Recycling Program.

• Paper. There is a bin located in the SW corner of the City Office parking lot that is for paper, newspaper, phonebooks, magazines, & plastics. Also, most elementary schools and Fresh Market have similar bins in their parking lots.
• Plastic. The bin located in the SW corner of the City Office parking lot now accepts plastic in addition to paper, newspaper, cardboard, etc. Fresh Market and Maceys accept plastic bags. Check in store for specific details.
• Yard Waste. Yard waste may be taken to the compost site located at 1800 North 1100 East, Spanish Fork.
• Aluminum & Other Metals. Aluminum & other metals may be taken to Western Metals in Provo. Their address is 685 S Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT and you can contact them at (801) 373-4224.
• Plastic containers, glass or metals may require special effort traveling out of the community. For further information, including very specific instructions on what to do with over 60 household items or objects, visit the transfer station website at www.suvswd.org and click "What to Do".
