Bidder's List

It is Spanish Fork City's policy to maintain a PDF Bidder's List. The bidder's list comprises of all the contractors, suppliers and professional organizations that would like to be notified when work becomes available in the city.

How am I added to the list?

To be added to the list, simply contact the engineering secretary, Marlo Smith at (801) 798-5000 extension 22 or at msmith@spanishfork.org. She will need the following information:

  • Company
  • Contact Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Facsimile Number
  • E-mail
  • Category or Categories to be Listed Under
  • License Numbers Required for Requested Category or Categories

The city will check all licenses before adding a company to the list.

What if my Category is not listed?

Simply include the category you would like added to the list. The city will review the request and add it to the bidder's list if it includes work the city may need.

Bidder Categories

The bidders list is broken down into the following categories for types of work or materials supplied:

  • Aerial Photography

How am I notified about city projects once I am on the list?

The bidders list has grown significantly in the past several years. Because of this, email has become the only feasible method of contacting companies when work becomes available in the city. It is the responsibility of those on the bidder's list to ensure that current email information is on the list.

The city also advertises for projects according to the purchasing ordinance.
