• Footings / Setbacks (After formed, horizontal steel is suspended, and before concrete is scheduled)
• Foundation (After formed, steel in place, before concrete is scheduled)
• Structured Masonry / Bond Beam
• Water Lateral (1" minimum size/ 36" minimum depth) * No inspection required *
• Sewer Lateral (4" cast iron combo required for cleanout)
• Underslab Plumbing (After pressure is on drain lines)
• Underground Power Trench (Before backfilling/18" min.)
• Temporary Power (Run in existing conduit)
• Shear Panels / Tie Downs
