Can I have my fingerprints taken at the police station?
Residents of Spanish Fork can have their fingerprints taken for no charge during regular business hours. If you are not a resident of Spanish Fork there is a $15 charge for fingerprinting.
How do I know if I am eligible for traffic school?
If you have not received a moving traffic citation from Spanish Fork Police Department or attended traffic school for the past year, you should be eligible for traffic school. If you have a question about your eligibility, please contact our office.
How can I sign up for traffic school?
In order to sign up for traffic school you must first appear at the Court and enter into a Plea In Abeyance and pay a fee equal to the ticket fine. After doing that you need to come to the police station during regular business hours and sign up for a class. Your $60 registration fee is payable at the time you register. Please bring your green copy of the citation with you.
When and where is traffic school held?
Traffic school is held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. The class lasts approximately one and one half hours. The class is held at the police station.
What happens after I attend traffic school?
After you have completed traffic school your citation is then dismissed. There is no record of your citation sent to your insurance company, thus saving on increased insurance premiums.
