Vehicle 1 made a U-turn in front of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 collided with Vehicle 1 as it made its U-turn. Driver 1 was impatient at the red light and that's why he turned right and then made a U-turn. Driver 1 received an improper lookout citation.

06SF00594 Tobacco Problem Incident Address: 320 S MAIN ST; LANDMARK HIGH SCHOOL Time Occurred between: 08:21:05 01/24/06 - 08:21:05 01/24/06 Detective Jackson while in the area of 300 S 100 W observed four juveniles from Landmark High School smoking cigarettes. All four were escorted back to school and will be referred to juvenile court for possession of tobacco.
06SF00597 Alcohol Offense Incident Address: 410 N MAIN ST; ONE MAN BAND Time Occurred between: 10:16:15 01/24/06 - 10:59:00 01/24/06 Officer Harding responded to the One Man Band on a report of a juvenile that was intoxicated. The juvenile had consumed alcohol. The juvenile's father responded to the scene and took custody of the juvenile. The juvenile will be referred to the Juvenile Court for the offense of Illegal Consumption of Alcohol.
06SF00600 Juvenile Problem/Alcohol Offense Incident Address: 918 E 1100 SOUTH ST Time Occurred between: 12:48:06 01/24/06 - 12:48:06 01/24/06 Detective Johnson was advised that a group of juveniles were truant from school and responded to the reported address where they were possibly located. The juveniles were located. They had been consuming alcohol. The juveniles were transported to youth receiving and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol.
06SF00607 Tobacco Problem Detective Johnson participated in a tobacco compliance operation with the assistance of the Utah County Health Department. The businesses that sale tobacco products within the city limits were monitored for compliance. Three businesses conducted illegal sells to the underage decoy. Citations were issued to each business employee.
06SF00622 Theft Incident Address: 50 N 900 EAST ST; SPANISH FORK MIDDLE SC Time Occurred between: 08:00:00 01/23/06 - 14:30:00 01/23/06 Detective Johnson responded to the Spanish Fork Middle School to investigate a report regarding theft. A student at the middle school removed cash and other items from several lockers in the girls locker room. The theft incidents have occurred over the past two months. The student admitted to the theft of the items. She will be referred to juvenile court for multiple counts of theft.
06SF00646 Fraud Time Occurred between: 15:41:10 01/25/06 - 15:41:10 01/25/06 Officer Lunceford was given a detail of fraud involving the use of a credit card to obtain merchandise. It was determined two transactions were made on the card. The merchandise had been delivered to a location in Delta, Utah. Further follow up is being done by investigations.
06SF00649 Controlled Substance Problem Incident Address: 500 N 100 EAST ST Time Occurred between: 17:12:54 01/25/06 - 17:12:55 01/25/06 Officer Gordon conducted a traffic stop at 100 East 500 North. Following the traffic stop The driver consented to his vehicle being searched. Officer Gordon was aware that the vehicle had just left a known drug house. Methamphetamine pipe was located in his vehicle.
06SF00650 Burglary Time Occurred between: 18:08:06 01/25/06 - 18:08:06 01/25/06 Officer Lunceford was given a detail of an auto burglary to a motor home stored at Safe and Sound Storage. Forced entry was made into the motor home and several items were stolen.
06SF00717 Traffic Stop/DUI Incident Address: 150 E 200 NORTH ST Time Occurred between: 00:50:43 01/28/06 - 00:50:44 01/28/06 Officer Slaymaker stopped a vehicle for being suspicious and found the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested for DUI. Officers also responded to the following details this past week - 9 Alarms, 20 Motorist Assist, 11 Citizen Assist, 23 Animal Problems and 14 Traffic Accidents.
