Officer Gordon responded on a gas skip. The suspect vehicle took $89.00 in gas.

05SF01351 Warrant Service Warrant
Officer Rudd a suspicious vehicle in a parking it of a business that was closed with two male individuals standing near it. Contact was made with the individuals and they advised that they were having car trouble. A routine warrants check on both individuals. It was found that one of them had an outstanding warrant. The individual was placed in custody and book for the warrant.

Officers initiated a traffic stop at 250 North 800 East. The driver was booked into the Utah County Jail for False Information, Warrant, No Insurance and Suspended Drivers license.

Incident Address: 955 N MAIN ST; SHOPKO Officer Rudd responded to the listed address on a report of three shoplifters in custody. It was determined that two of the shoplifters were juveniles and the other one was an adult. The juveniles parents were called and the adult was issued a citation.

Officers responded to the location to take a vehicle burglary report. Complainant reported that CD's and two power chargers were taken out of a vehicle.

A juvenile runaway was located at the high school and she advised that she was transported to Spanish Fork from Salt Lake City by a 18 year old student at the school. It was discovered that the runaway spent the night with the 18 year old student. The 18 year old student was identified and issued a citation for harboring a juvenile runaway.

Officer Lunceford responded to the location of 400 North and 1400 East on a report of a lost 4 year old boy. The boys parents were located and responded to his location.

Officer Brunson was dispatched to 900 East 400 North on a traffic accident with minor injuries.

05SF01459 Alcohol Offense Alcohol Offense
Officers responded to the complainants residence. Their 14 year old daughter was intoxicated at their residence. She had came home intoxicated. The parents requested charges be filed. The female was referred to juvenile court for illegal consumption.

05SF01463 Suspicious Person-Circumstance Suspicious
Officer Zack Adams made contact with the complainant. He was advised of suspicious phone calls they were receiving from an unknown telemarketing caller. The calls were coming from the New York area. The caller was trying to obtain their bank account number claiming prize money would be transferred into there account. Adams called the number back and it showed disconnected.

Officers were contacted by and individual regarding the disposition of an abandoned vehicle at the Jack Rabbit C-Store. A 1999 Land Rover was stolen out of Salt Lake City. The vehicle was impounded and Salt Lake City PD was notified.

Officer Gordon responded to a traffic accident at 1000 North Main. Three vehicles were involved but there were no injuries. One of the drivers was cited for improper lookout.

Officer Zack Adams responded on a medical call. A 17 year old juvenile was heavily intoxicated and being disorderly. EMS transported the juvenile to the hospital due to alcohol poisoning. I referred the male to juvenile court on related alcohol offenses.

Officer Shepherd responded on a 3 car accident. It was reported as a property damage only. It was determined there were minor injuries. Two individuals were transported to Mt. View Hospital. One driver was issued a citation for improper lookout.

Incident Address: 99 N DON DR; SPANISH FORK HIGH SCHOOL A student reported an assault that had occurred on the date of 9-2-05. The parties involved were interviewed and a student was referred to juvenile court for simple assault. The student was also suspended from school for ten days.

Incident Address: 99 N DON DR; SPANISH FORK HIGH SCHOOL A student reported that he was assaulted at the high school on the date of 9-7-05. After interviewing the involved parties one student was referred to juvenile court for simple assault. The student was suspended from school for ten days.

Officers were dispatched to 1000 North SR-6 on a two vehicle traffic accident with possible injuries. The driver at fault for the accident was issued a citation for failure to yield.

SPANISH FORK HIGH SCHOOL While patrolling the area of the high school Officer Sheriff located a group of juveniles acting suspicious. He found a 15 year old male concealing cigarettes. The juvenile is being referred to juvenile court for possession of tobacco.

Officer Sheriff investigated a single car accident at the intersection of 1550 W 900 S. The driver was found to be driving too fast for the condition, losing control of his vehicle and slid into a cement barrier. The driver was cited for speed to fast for conditions.

MACEYS Officer Sheriff was dispatched to Macey's on a tire slashing. The suspects slashed the tire and fled. The suspect left his hat and cell phone at the scene. The suspect was located later and confessed to the crime.

Officer Lunceford responded to 1000 North SR-6 on a two vehicle, reportable traffic accident without injuries. One driver was issued a citation for improper lookout.

Officer Gordon responded on a traffic accident at 700 North Main. There were no injuries. Both vehicles were driven off by the drivers. One driver was cited for following too closely.

Officer Zack Adams I was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle detail. Upon contact was made with a disoriented individual who was passed out in the back seat of the car. The suspect had a open knife in his hand and approached me after I had woke him up. For officer safety reasons the subject was taken into custody. The subject was searched and found to be in possession of paraphernalia and illegal prescriptions. He was booked into the county jail.

Officers responded to Albertsons on a retail theft. The complainant advised that the suspect ran Westbound out of the parking lot. The suspect was located at his residence and he was cited for Retail theft.

Officer Zack Adams I responded to Hansen Storage on a suspicious incident. Upon my arrival he located a male and female subject inside the storage unit. He arrested the male subject on a valid warrant that was issued out of our city.

Officer Sheriff was dispatched on a criminal mischief detail. He found the complainant's vehicle had been entered, damage was done to the head liner, mirror and ignition cylinder. It appeared whomever entered the vehicle was attempting to steal it.

Officers were dispatched to a home on a burglary and theft. Money and prescription pills were taken from the residence. No forced entry was found.

Officer Smith was dispatched on a computer fraud. A Tuba was purchased on E-bay by a fraudulant seller. Money was sent and the Tuba was not received.

05SF01692 Theft
Officer Harding responded on a theft report. The complainant advised that he had a CD case containing approximately 90 CD's and a pair of gloves stolen while he was working at the school. The complainant advised that he thought he knew who the suspect was but did not know his name.

Officer Harding was dispatched to the Foothill treatment center on a report of an intoxicated female that was possibly suffering from alcohol poisoning. The individual was too intoxicated and sick to be admitted into Foothill. The intoxicated individual advised that she had drank two pints of Vodka. The intoxicated individual was transported to Mt. View hospital by ambulance.

Officer Harding responded to the residence located 692 Lynnbrook Dr on a report of a property damage traffic accident. The complainant advised that a unoccupied vehicle had rolled down the street and ran into her garage door. The park brake was not set on the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was located and issued a citation for Failure to Secure Parked Vehicle.

Officer Gardner responded to 250 West Arrowhead Trail on a possible injury single vehicle traffic accident. The driver of vehicle #1 was transported to Mountain View Hospital and was cited for Reckless Driving.

Incident Address: 400 N MAIN ST
Sergeant Mitchell I responded to the area of the Pit Stop to assist on a Hit And Run Accident. The accident occurred at 400 North Main. The suspect had been stopped by Officer Byers as he fled the area. There was a Spanish Fork City vehicle involved. UHP conducted the investigation and made the arrests.

Officer Gordon responded on a burglary. This occurred sometime between 1900 and 2300 hours. The victims were missing two bottles of prescription medication. There were no signs of forced entry.

Officer Harding met with the complainant concerning a theft. The complainant advised that her wallet had been stolen from the Spanish Fork High School or Jr. High School.

Officer Rudd contacted five individuals in the parking lot of Shopko. It was determined that three minors had consumed alcohol and two adults contributed to the delinquency of the minors.

Sergeant Anderson was dispatched to Grants Sportsman club on a report of several individuals in the road near the bar possibly fighting. He located two females that were involved and both admitted to getting into a physical altercation. Both were issued citations for Disorderly Conduct.

Officer Shepherd responded on a traffic accident with no injuries. The accident occurred on 900 North Main. It was determined that vehicle #1 failed to yield to vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 ran into the horse trailer that was being towed by vehicle #2. The driver of vehicle #1 was cited for failure to yield right of way.

Officer Harding responded to a property damage traffic accident located at approximately 930 North Main Street. Vehicle #2 was stopped behind traffic that was stopped at the traffic light. Vehicle #1 struck vehicle #2 from behind. The driver of Vehicle #1 was issued a citation for Improper Lookout and Driving on a Suspended Drivers License.

Officer Harding responded to Hogi Yogi on a report of a theft. The complainant advised that a male individual entered Hogi Yogi and stole a candy machine from inside the store. The complainant advised that the offender left the area in a white passenger car.

Incident Address: 90 N 600 EAST ST; PARK ELEMENTARY
Officer Shepherd responded to the area on juveniles that were smoking. He spoke with several individuals. A black box was fond on one of the individuals that contained cigarettes. The individual that was in possession of the cigarettes is only 14 years old. The individuals mother was contacted. He will be referred to juvenile court.

Officer Harding me with the complainant and was advised that an individual came to her residence and was selling magazine subscriptions. The complainant gave the individual a check for a magazine subscription. After the individual left she realized that something was suspicious. This incident is similar to other reports of suspicious individuals selling magazine subscriptions.

Officer Rudd responded to the listed location on report of a traffic accident. I was determined that three juveniles were riding in the bed of a pick-up and fell out as the vehicle went around the corner. Two of the juveniles sustained head injuries.

Sergeant Slaymaker was dispatched to the area of 65 W 100 N on a report of a male on a motorcycle driving recklessly. I located the motorcycle and the driver was arrested for DUI.

Officer Smith was dispatched on a theft. On arrival he spoke with the complainant/victim. Victim had Lortab, Claritin, and a makeup bag taken from her vehicle that was parked in the parking lot at her place of work. Items were taken from her purse.

Incident Address: 110 W 900 NORTH ST
Officer Harding responded to the Shopko Parking Lot for a property damage traffic accident. As Vehicle #1 entered the Southwest entrance to the Shopko parking lot, he drove over a storm drain cover. As Vehicle #1 drove over the cover, the cover flipped up and pierced the front passenger tire of his vehicle. The tire had a large cut in it.

Officer Harding responded to the residence located at 450 South 820 East. An individual at the residence was known to have a valid warrant for their arrest. The individual was taken into custody and booked into the Utah County Jail for the warrant.

Officer Harding responded to the residence located at 535 South 1650 East on a report of a bike theft. The complainant advised that a bike had been stolen from his front yard.

Officer Harding responded to the residence located at 203 N 680 West on a burglary report. The complainant advised that while she was out of town, someone entered her residence and had stolen an X-Box and some games. The complainant provided suspect information.

Officer Byers was dispatched to the Post Office on a small dog that was being aggressive. He responded and met with the complainant who advised the dog was found running in the road with a chain attached. The dog was a small black and brown Chihuahua Mix. The area was checked for a possible owner with negative contact. The dog was transported to the shelter.

Sgt. B. Anderson was advised of an abandoned vehicle at 961 South 1100 East. The complainant advised the vehicle had been there for several days. The vehicle registration was checked and it came back as stolen out of Payson.

Officer Lunceford observed a suspicious individual near the new ball park on Volunteer Drive. It was determined the individual had two valid warrants. During a search incident to arrest paraphernalia and crystal methamphetamine were found on the individual. The Individual was transported to Utah County Jail.

Officer Rudd observed a male individual whom he knew walking on 400 North. A records check was done and it was found that the subject had an outstanding warrant. He was placed into custody and transported to the jail.

Incident Address: 200 E WILLIAMS LN; WILLIAMS LANE Officer .Lunceford observed two male juveniles who appeared to be throwing garbage from the rear of their vehicle near the roadway of Williams Lane and 400 East. The juveniles were advised to pick up the items and leave the area.

Officer Harding met with the complainant where he was advised that his estranged wife was harassing him. He advised that he had a protective order against her. Contact was made with complainant's wife concerning the incident. At this time it did not appear that the protective order was violated. The complainant's wife was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant and booked into the Utah County Jail.

MACEYS Officer Shepherd responded to the location on a hit and run report. He spoke with the complainant who advised that she was in shopping and returned to discover that somebody had hit the right rear fender of her car.

Officer Harding responded to the intersection of 800 East 400 North for a traffic accident. The drivers of both vehicles advised that it was their turn to enter the intersection. Vehicle #2 entered and was proceeding West. Vehicle #1 entered and attempted to make a left hand turn to travel North on 900 East. As Vehicle #1 attempted the left turn, the two vehicles collided in the intersection. The driver of vehicle #1 was issued a citation for Failure to Yield-Left Turn, Driving on a Suspended Drivers License, and Improper Plates-Previous Owner.

Officer Shepherd spoke with the complainant regarding a theft of a Goped and a Zuma scooter. The complainant advised the two items were taken sometime the morning on September 22. Suspect information was also provided.

Officer Gordon conducted a traffic stop at 900 East Canyon Drive. The driver seemed to be intoxicated. Field sobriety tests were conducted on the driver. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

Officer Sheriff was dispatched to 100 N Main on a minor traffic accident. Upon arrival he found that the driver of vehicle #2 had been stopped in the traffic lane and the driver of vehicle #1 had collided into the back of the vehicle #2. Driver of vehicle #1 was cited for following too close.

Officer Harding responded to 25 West 300 North on a report of a property damage traffic accident. Vehicle #1 was reversing out of a parking lot. Vehicle #2 was parked parallel to the curb on 300 North. Vehicle #1 struck vehicle #2 as it entered the roadway. Driver of Vehicle #1 was issued a citation for Improper Backing.

Officer Shepherd responded on a report of a stolen vehicle. The complainant advised that she was in her daughters house for approximately 15 minutes. When she returned outside she noticed her vehicle was missing.

Officer Harding responded to the S&S Convenience Store on a report of a gas theft. A review of the surveillance tape was performed and a suspect identified.

Incident Address: 800 N US 6 HWY
Officer Harding responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of 800 North S.R.6. Vehicle #2 was stopped for traffic in the left turn lane traveling East. Vehicle #1 was traveling directly behind vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 struck vehicle #2 from behind. The driver of vehicle was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Officer Gardner arrested the driver of vehicle #1 for DUI-Alcohol.

Sergeant Anderson observed two vehicles at 100 South main Street that appeared to have been in a minor traffic accident. He investigated the accident and a citation was issued for improper right turn to one of the drivers.

SPANISH FORK HIGH SCHOOL Officer Gordon responded on a hit and run. A car that was parked at the high school was damaged by a car that left the scene. There were witnesses to the hit and run.

Officer Gordon was dispatched on a possible fight. Upon arrival he found a brother trying to stop his sister from running away. The sister was an intoxicated 15 year old. She will be referred to the juvenile court for unlawful consumption of alcohol.

Sergeant Anderson stopped a vehicle for exhibition of speed. It was determined that the driver had a warrant and he was booked into jail. The two male passengers were 19 years old and had both been consuming alcohol. They were cited for illegal consumption of alcohol.

Officer Zack Adams made contact with a complainant regarding a delayed disorderly incident. Apparently on Friday 9-23-05 a large group of juveniles had gathered near river bottoms road and had a party. The police were not contacted on this night. Complainant requested extra patrol and said she would call in if incident's occur again in the future.

Officer Zack Adams responded on a traffic accident with injuries. The accident had a motorcycle involved. The driver at fault was issued a citation.

Sergeant Hales received a bad check from Stone Drug in the amount of $1808.85. The writer of the check was notified and advised they had 14 days to make good on the check. The writer of the check paid the check off with a cashier's check.

Officer Brunson was dispatched to the Spanish Fork Recreation Office to meet with the complainant on a theft and forgery of personal check forgery.

Officer Sheriff met with the complainant at the station regarding his check book that was stolen and six checks had been forged being passed at different stores

Officer Sheriff responded on a theft of a lawn mower. The complainant stated sometime during the last few days someone has entered his side yard taking his John Deere push mower.

Sgt. Anderson was dispatched on a residential burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that force was used to open a bedroom door in a residence and money was taken from the bedroom. This occurred while the homeowners were out of town on vacation.

MVH Officer Lunceford was given a detail regarding a sixteen year old female that was bitten and scratched by a cat. The juvenile that was bitten required medical attention and was seen by doctors at Mountain View Hospital.

Officer Zack Adams responded to the area on a traffic accident. The driver of a GMC Sonoma had drifted off the road and hit a parked vehicle. A citation was issued to the driver at fault.

Officer Harding responded to the above address on a theft report. The complainant advised that a pressure washer was stolen from his yard.

Officer Gardner was dispatched the area of 1700 East 1130 South on a burglary complaint. Upon arrival he spoke with the complainant who advised that sometime between 09/26/05 and 09/27/05 cabinets were stolen out of the home under construction.

Officer Harding responded on a theft report. The complainant advised that his lawnmower had been stolen from the side yard of his residence.

Officer Gordon conducted a traffic stop at 1000 N SR 51 for speeding. He located a warrant for the driver. Drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle. The driver was booked into jail.

05SF02204 Warrant Service Warrant
Officer Gordon conducted a traffic stop on a White Chevy Astro Van for no visible registration. He located a warrant for the arrest of the driver. The driver was found to be in possession of marijuana when booking him into the Utah County Jail.

Officer Shepherd contacted the complainant regarding the theft of his lawn mower. The mower was taken sometime within the last 5 days.

05SF02219 Traffic Stop Warrant

Officer Sheriff made a traffic stop for speeding resulted in an arrest of the passenger for an outstanding warrant and the driver for two traffic violations.

05SF02220 Suspicious Person-Circumstance Warrant
Officer Sheriff was dispatched on a suspicious person. The complainant had been advised by one of our officers to contact us if this suspicious person were seen. The suspicious person had outstanding warrants and was last seen heading towards I-15 in a white Ford Mustang.

Officer Sheriff was familiar with the subject and found one valid warrant. He later found three others. He located the vehicle getting onto I-15 and made a traffic stop. The 23 year old male had four outstanding warrants. In searching incident to arrest, Officer Sheriff located seven syringes that were being used for drug use and one Xanax pill in his possession. The male was booked into the county jail on the four warrants, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.

05SF02240 Alcohol Offense Alcohol-Intoxicated Person
Officer Rudd responded on a report of two males fighting in the road.

Upon arrival he observed two males in the middle of the road pushing each other and appeared to be fighting. After speaking with the two it was determined that they were both intoxicated. Both were cited and released for intoxication.

05SF02243 Disorderly Conduct Suspicious
Officer Gordon was dispatched to a house in the area with several cars in front of it were people yelling things like I'll kill you. Upon arrival he arrested a female for DUI. Officer Rudd arrested a male for intoxication, resisting arrest, and a warrant. There will be further follow up on the physical altercation at the residence.

05SF02266 DUI Alcohol or Drugs
Officers Sheriff Rudd were dispatched on a hit and run accident. The suspect vehicle hit into the back of a car and fled the scene. Sgt. Anderson located the vehicle as it pulled into the residence. The driver was found to be intoxicated and too impaired to be driving a motor vehicle. The driver admitted hitting the other vehicle. The driver was found in possession of marijuana and had open containers in the vehicle. The driver was cited for DUI, possession of marijuana, open container and leaving the scene of an accident.

05SF02285 Fire-Structure Agency Assist
Officer Gardner responded to assist the fire department on a garage that was on fire. The fire department extinguished the fire and advised that a welder was left on appeared to be the cause.
