Detectives Nielsen and Jones stopped a suspicious vehicle. A K-9 Officer was called to the traffic stop and requested to sniff the vehicle. The K-9 indicated that there were illegal drugs in the vehicle. The vehicle was searched by the detectives. Methamphetamine was located. Barney Stallings was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and associated drug paraphernalia along with various traffic offenses.

Detective Nielsen observed Jeff Brown which he knew had several felony warrants for his arrest. Detective Nielsen arrested Brown and found him to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Brown was booked into the Utah County Jail.
