05SF01153 Warrant Service
Officers responded on a report of a male individual who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Officers located the individual and placed him in custody. A search of his person was performed incident to arrest where syringe with a small amount of a brownish liquid in his pocket.

05SF01161 Burglary
Officer Rudd contacted complainant and was advised that CD's were taken out of her car sometime during the night.

05SF01164
Controlled Substance Problem Officers observed an individual who was driving on a driver’s license that was suspended. The driver also had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and a searched of his person and car was conducted. Two small bags of marijuana and a small pipe were found.

05SF01165 Fraud
Officers took a fraud report. The victims’ checking account was used by phone for two unauthorized transactions. Further follow up is being conducted.

05SF01167 Traffic Accident-Injury
At approximately 12:53 this date a fatality took place at a traffic accident in Spanish Fork. A dump truck pulling pup trailer was traveling north out of Spanish Fork Canyon on State Road 6. The truck was turning into the entrance of Trojan when it was struck from behind by a pickup truck. The pickup had two occupants, a female driver and a male passenger. The pickup occupants are a married couple and are around 60 years old. They are from Wellington, Utah area. The male passenger passed away at the scene and the female driver was transported to Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah. The river of the dump truck was not injured. Seat belts were not being worn at the time of this accident. An investigation is underway to determine the cause or causes of the accident. Because not all family members have been notified no names are being released.

05SF01191 Traffic Accident-Hit & Run
Incident Address: 1045 N MAIN ST Officers responded to Kentucky Fried Chicken's parking lot on a non reportable hit and run detail. Possible suspect information is a red type sports car with two females.

05SF01192 Traffic Accident-Injury
Incident Address: 1166 S MAIN ST
Officers responded to the listed location on a report of a traffic accident. It was determined that one vehicle ran into the rear end of another vehicle. The driver of the first vehicle was cited for improper lookout.

05SF01204 Traffic Accident-Prop Damage

Incident Address: 867 w 60 n

Officers were dispatched on a property damage only traffic accident. A Non-Reportable accident form was completed. The accident was between two cars. One male was issued a citation.

05SF01223 Traffic Accident-Prop Damage
Incident Address: E CENTER ST
Officer Rudd responded to the listed location on a report of a traffic accident. It was determined that a vehicle failed to stop for another vehicle who was stopped at the light. The driver was cited for improper lookout.

05SF01245 Burglary
Officer Shepherd responded to meet with the complainant regarding a vehicle burglary and theft of some items. The complainant advised that he had went into the bar for approximately one hour. He returned and found his door open on his motor home. He discovered that a laptop computer and a video camera had been taken. There are no suspects.

05SF01265 Controlled Substance Problem
Officer Nielsen stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was arrested on another case. The driver, a 20 year old female, attempted to hide and discard heroin. The driver was booked into jail on various drug related charges.

05SF01270
Alcohol Violation Officer Sheriff located two under aged males on the west side of Maceys that had consumed alcohol. Both were cited for illegal consumption and released.

05SF01287 Theft
Officer Gordon responded to gas skip theft. The employee got a license plate number that matched the suspect's vehicle. Further follow up is being done to locate vehicle.

05SF01289 Traffic Accident-Prop Damage
Incident Address: 99 N DON DR; SPANISH FORK HIGH SCHOOL
Officer Gordon responded on a traffic accident in the North Parking Lot of the High School. There were no injuries.

05SF01290 Traffic Accident-Injury
Incident Address: 200 W 400 NORTH ST
Officers were dispatched to 200 West 400 North on a two vehicle reportable accident with injuries. One driver was transported to Mountain View Hospital for injuries that were sustained. The same driver will also be issued a citation for failure to yield.

05SF01291 Juvenile Problem
Officer Gordon responded to the Reese Elementary School to assist with finding a 9 year old child that left school. Officer Gordon located the child at his home and stayed with him until his mother got home.

05SF01307 Theft
Officer Sheriff observed a male going through produce stand that was closed. Officer located the male in possession of stolen cantaloupes. The male was arrested for theft, a drug charge and three warrants. The male was booked into the county jail.
