SUMMER SWIMMING LESSONS & SESSION SCHEDULE

Four (4) two week sessions of swimming lessons will be taught this summer with ten 30 minute lessons in each session. The students will swim every weekday until the lessons are completed. The registration fee will be $35.00. This fee must be paid at registration. No exceptions! If you register by Thursday, May 8, you will receive a $5.00 discount, making the fee $30.00. * Non-city residents pay additional $10.00 per person non-resident fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SWIMMING LESSONS UNLESS WE CAN FILL YOUR SPOT. If your child cannot attend, call as soon as possible so we can try to fill your spot from someone on the waiting list. If we can fill the spot prior to the beginning of the session, you will receive a refund less a $5.00 processing fee.

NOTE: FALL SESSION is taught in the after school hours during OPEN PUBLIC SWIMMING. There is adequate room to teach these smaller classes as well as be open for the public, but those signing up for this session should be aware that public patrons will be in the pool at the same time.

Swimming Lesson participants MUST be at least four years old at the time of their swimming session. NO EXCEPTIONS! Children under the age of four do not have sufficient motor skill development, attention span and stranger comfort to function in a group swimming lesson with an unfamiliar teacher. Children must be at least four years of age at the time the session they are registering for begins. All children under the age of four may only register for parent and me swimming.

SEMI-PRIVATE AND PRIVATE LESSONS Sessions I, II, II and Pre-Session

Semi-Private and Private lessons will be held from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. during Sessions 1, 2 & 3. There will be a * Pre-Session of semi-private and private lessons running June 2 - June 13. The times for this Pre-Session only will be 9:45-10:15 a.m., 10:15-10:45 a.m., 11:00-11:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m -12:00 noon and 12:00 noon-12:30 p.m.

The fee for a session of private instruction (1 student per one teacher) will be $70.00/person. The fee for a session of semi-private instruction (2 students per one teacher) will be $50.00/person. * Non-city residents pay additional $10.00 per person non-resident fee. Sessions consist of ten ½ hour lessons. Sign up for lesson time on May 7th or May 8th.

FALL SESSION LESSONS Group Lessons Only

A Fall Session of lessons will be offered beginning August 18 and running through August 29. Fall session is taught during open swim hours. Class members will be issued a pass so they can gain admission to the pool during their lesson time. Class for four & five year olds will be offered from 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. Class for 6 years & up will be offered from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.. Sign-up on May 7th or 8th.
