Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is an effective exercise for all body types and fitness levels. Morning classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Evening classes will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Evening classes will be held in the deeper end of the pool. You may touch the bottom of the pool and you will always have a piece of buoyant equipment.

These classes are both a lot of fun! Come and give it a try! Morning classes will begin Monday, June 9. Evenings classes will begin Tuesday, June 10 (weather permitting).
