** New in the Children's Department: Literacy Backpacks for pre-readers. These backpacks are designed to promote one of the Early Literacy Skills. Each contains a book and activity and will checkout for one week.
Children's Book Week is May 11-15th To celebrate we will offer the following After School Specials, every day at 4:00.
- Dazzling Books for Girls Monday
- Terrific Tuesday
- Wacky Wednesday
- Daring Books for Boys Thursday
- Funtastic Friday
 Sign up is not required. Each story time will include 30 minutes of a fun filled story time and other activities.
Get Creative @ Your Library! is the theme for this year's Summer Reading Program. We will offer reading programs for beginning readers, junior readers, young adults, and also a family reading program. Sign-up will begin on May 26th, and end on June 30th.
We will be having some very "creative" story times and lots of fun this summer! More details coming soon.
