How do I terminate my utility services?

Utility services can be terminated over the phone by contacting Spanish Fork City at 801-804-4505 anytime between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.

When will I receive my final bill?

Your final bill will be mailed to you within approximately 3 weeks of your termination date. If your account was set up on autopay your final bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account. Once your final bill has been paid your autopay will be terminated.

Is there anything else that I will need to do?

If you had Cable, Internet, or Phone services through Spanish Fork City (SFCN) you are required to return all equipment (set top boxes, modems, etc.) to the Utility Office located at 40 South Main Street within 24 hours of your sign out date. Charges for unreturned equipment will be added to your Utility Bill.
