Utility Sign Up

1. Fill out an application
   To sign up for utilities you must complete an application. You may print out a residential or business application and complete it and return it to the city. Also available is a temporary power application. You must have any of these applications notarized! If you fax your application in please also mail it. Or you may come in to the city offices and fill out this form in the utility office at 40 South Main St. - Room 120.

2. Pay set up fee
   A set of fee of $25 is due at the time of utility sign up. This fee is applicable to each utility account.
   
3. Post a deposit
   A typical deposit ranging from $100 to $500 may be applied to your utility account pending review.
