Understanding Your Bill

1. Service Address
   Location where utility services are being provided.
   
2. Past Due Amount
   May show if money from a previous bill is still due.
   
3. Past Due Due Date
   Past Due amount is considered late if payment is not received by Spanish Fork City on or before this date. Additional fees will be incurred if payment is not received by this date
   
4. Current Amount
   Current charges as indicated by the line item detail.
   
5. Due Date
   Current utility bill is considered late if payment is not received by Spanish Fork City on or before this date.
   
6. Total Amount Due
   This amount should in most cases be the same as the amount printed in the "Current Amount" due box.
   
7. Last Payment Received
   Date and dollar amount of last payment received.
   
8. Days Between Readings
   Number of days billed in the current billing cycle per metered service.
   
9. Previous/Current Readings
   Previous and Current readings for each metered service.
   
10. Multiplier
    If a meter has a multiplier on it, it will show here. These are typically on large user accounts.
    
11. Usage
    Indicates the total consumption for the number of days billed. This should equal the difference between readings on each metered service.
    
12. Total Charges
    Calculated totals for each service.
    
13. SFCN Cable Services
    This box will appear only if optional cable services are provided. This represents line item charges for cable service.
    
14. SFCN Phone Services
    This box will appear only if optional phone services are provided. This represents line item charges for phone service.
    
15. Please Note
    Payments received after the 20th of the month WILL NOT be reflected on this bill.
